Primary Big Sing 2025
Our Primary Big Sing events are now live for booking: join us for a day of singing, creativity and fun. The Primary Big Sing is an all-day event for KS2 children and their teachers in BANES, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. You will form part of a massed choir, learn new songs, build vocal skills and technique, and have a LOT of fun!
This year we are delighted to have Emily Barden deliver our Big Sings. Emily is a professional composer, songwriter, choral director and workshop leader. She has composed many songs for and with young people, and has worked with numerous local and national arts organisations including Sing Up, the Philharmonia Orchestra, and Britten Pears Arts.
Event dates and venues
Event will take place within the school day. Exact timings to be confirmed.
- Tuesday 18th March: Winter Gardens, Weston-Super-Mare
- Thursday 20th March: The Pavilion, Bath
- Friday 21st March: St Michael’s Centre, Bristol

What’s involved?
- Fun age-appropriate repertoire
- No previous knowledge or skills necessary – you can bring your school choir if you want, or a whole year group
- No preparation needed – you will learn everything on the day
Please note:
- Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis
- Bookings of 70 students per school maximum
