Unscripted

Unscripted is a creative music-making programme for children and young people in mainstream schools with additional needs or barriers to learning.

Young people playing musical instruments

Unscripted

Unscripted is a holiday creative music course for young people aged 8 to 13 (Years 4-8) who have low level additional needs or who face barriers to learning, such as anxiety or neurodivergence. It provides a fun, safe and creative space for young people to explore, discover and create music, guided by professional musicians. There will be opportunities to try out a range of musical instruments, and work together to write music over each two-day course. No previous musical experience is needed!

Unscripted is open to young people in either mainstream or home education, who are able to attend the course as independent learners. We provide a high level of staff support, and an informal atmosphere where young people are encouraged to explore their creativity in their own unique ways.
