News Update: Open Sessions in September and October
Book a place now at one of our two free Open Sessions, giving young players a chance to join in the fun and get a taster of what our music centre offers.
- Open Session for woodwind, brass, percussion, keyboard, guitar only – Saturday 28th September 2024
- Open Session for strings (all levels) and orchestral instruments (Grade 5+) – Wednesday 2nd October

Music Centre – Bath
For wind, brass, percussion, guitar and keyboard players, inclusive of those who have recently started playing to advanced musicians. There’s also opportunities to learn a wind or brass instrument from scratch).
Every student can join two ensembles:
First Session:
- Starter Woodwind and Brass
- Training Band (Grade 1-3)
- Senior Band (Grade 3+)
- Guitars (all levels)
- Percussion for beginners
Second Session:
- Blues and Big Band
- Woodwind/Brass Ensemble (Grade 3+)
- Keyboard Group (beginners to grade 5)
Our Bath music Centre also runs term-time sessions on Wednesday evenings, for string players who have recently started, advanced strings, plus advanced wind, brass and percussion. There’s also an opportunity to learn a string instrument from scratch).
When: Saturdays, term Time; or Wednesday evenings.
